Dining car

Experience a journey back to the golden age of railways! Our vintage train operates the route every Sunday throughout the summer from Garnes to Midttun, most of them with our eminent dining car, where you can enjoy a delicious meal as they once did when the big steam locomotives ran on the Bergen Line. Experience white tablecloths, white porcelain and waiters in tight uniforms. A family or friends lunch, a romantic lunch for two, or just yourself. With us you will find a pleasant atmosphere and great food experiences in the dining car that suits every occasion. See our seasonal program for which Sundays we offer lunch (Spisevogn).

Practical information

Passengers can reserve a seat in the dining car via our booking page. Seats in the dining car are limited, so seat reservations are not valid until we confirm them by email within 1-3 business days, no later than the evening prior to the departure date.
